What do I bring to the table?

I bring a career built at the highest level of performance, alongside a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver when it matters most.

I began as a professional musician, touring internationally with leading composers and artists, gaining first-hand insight into the pressures of high performance; consistency, rapid adaptation, and the internal challenges that often sit behind outward success.I later moved into stage directing with leading organisations across the UK, Europe, and North America, where my focus shifted from my own performance to creating the conditions for others to excel under pressure and high expectations.The core question has remained the same: how do you help someone access their best, consistently, and when it counts?Through training to be a Professional Coach I have been able to to bring together every string of my experience and to hear not just the individual notes, but the whole score.That is what I bring to coaching and my reward is to be part of the client’s progress.
